Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the cleaning services provided by Turnaround Cleaning London. By booking a clean with us, you agree to them. If anything isn't clear, ask us before you book — we'd rather explain than have you unsure.

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your exact price depends on the size and condition of the property and any extras you choose. We confirm your price before the clean takes place, and the price we confirm is the price you pay.

A booking is only confirmed once we have both agreed a date and you have accepted the price we've quoted. Nothing is booked by submitting the quote form alone — that is a request for a price.

We work to the checklist for the service you have booked, which is set out on our Services page. Where something isn't listed as included — for example outside windows, carpets, upholstery, walls, mould removal or specialist treatments — it isn't part of the standard clean, but it can usually be arranged as an extra.

You agree to provide access to the property on the agreed date. If we cannot get in, we may not be able to carry out the clean. If you're leaving a key or using a lockbox, please give us the details in advance.

If you need to change or cancel, please tell us as soon as you can so we can rearrange. Nothing is confirmed until we've both agreed a date, so you are not locked into anything by enquiring.

If you're unhappy with any part of the clean, contact us and tell us what's wrong. We'd much rather hear about it and put it right than have you left disappointed.

We take care while working in your property. Please let us know in advance about anything fragile, delicate or of particular value so we can take appropriate care.
