You fill in a short form telling us about your home and when you'd like us to come. We send you a price. If you're happy with it, we agree a date. Then we turn up and clean. You don't pay or commit to anything until you've seen the price.

The kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living areas and the whole property — including floors, skirting boards, doors and handles, windowsills, surfaces, accessible cupboards, dusting, vacuuming and mopping. The full list is on our Services page.

Prices start from £179 for a 1 bedroom home, £219 for 2 bedrooms and £269 for 3 bedrooms. The final price depends on the size and condition of your home and any extras you choose. We always tell you the price before we start.

Yes — the oven, hob and extractor are included. If you'd like a more detailed clean of the oven and its removable parts, add it as an extra when you ask for your quote.

Yes. Kitchen cupboards and drawers are included, and accessible cupboards elsewhere in the property too. If every cupboard needs emptying and cleaning inside, just mention it on the form.

Interior windows, frames and accessible windowsills can be added as an extra. Outside windows aren't part of the standard clean — ask us if you need them.

No, that's entirely up to you. Plenty of people are at work or in the middle of moving and simply leave a key or a lockbox. Tell us what suits you when you get in touch.

It depends on the size and condition of your home and which extras you've chosen. Once we know the details, we'll tell you roughly how long to allow when we confirm your quote.

Yes. Oven cleaning, fridge and freezer interiors, interior windows, carpet cleaning, extra rooms and heavy-duty cleaning can all be added. Tick the ones you'd like on the form and we'll include them in your price.

Yes, we bring everything we need. If you'd prefer us to use specific products, let us know in advance and we'll work around it.
