How we work out your price
We don't do hourly rates that creep up, and we don't add things on at the end. Three things decide your price:
How big the home is
The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is the main thing. That's why we ask for them on the form.
What condition it's in
A property that's been well looked after takes less time than one that hasn't. If it needs extra attention, we'll tell you before we start — never after.
Anything extra you've asked for
Ovens, fridges, interior windows, carpets and extra rooms are priced on top. You'll see them in your quote.
You'll get a price first
Fill in the form and we'll come back with a price for your property. If you're happy with it, we book a day. If you're not, no hard feelings — you've lost nothing.

Heavy-duty cleaning
Extra time for properties in poor condition.
